SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Fusion Baits. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly so you can get your baits on the water.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are now open and are expected to begin shipping November 15, 2026.

Products offered for pre-order will be clearly identified with “Pre-Order” in the product title and/or on the purchase button on the product page. By purchasing an item identified as a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not available for immediate shipment.

November 15, 2026 represents the start of pre-order fulfillment and does not guarantee that all pre-orders will ship on that date. Pre-orders will be fulfilled as inventory becomes available and may ship over multiple business days depending on order volume.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production, inventory, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of Fusion Baits' reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide affected customers with updated information.

ORDER PROCESSING

For in-stock products, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-order items are subject to the fulfillment timeline described in the Pre-Orders section above and are not subject to the standard 1–2 business day processing timeframe until they are available for fulfillment.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Fusion Baits offers a flat-rate standard shipping charge of $7.95 on orders under $49.95.

Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

FUSION FOUNDERS & ELIGIBLE CLUB MEMBERS

Fusion Founders and members of other qualifying Fusion Baits clubs or membership programs may receive FREE standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement, subject to the terms and benefits applicable to their membership.

Membership benefits are associated with the eligible customer account and may require the customer to be signed into that account at checkout. Membership benefits are personal to the eligible member and may not be transferred.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for customers who need their order faster. Available services, pricing, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Free-shipping offers and membership benefits apply to standard shipping unless specifically stated otherwise.

Expedited shipping does not accelerate the production or availability of pre-order items. Any expedited shipping timeframe begins once the pre-order item is available and has been processed for shipment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fusion Baits is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Fusion Baits promptly so we can review the shipment and assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be offered to selected destinations. Shipping charges and available services will be displayed at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
